I'm crazy on Sims at the moment. So other than formatting newsletters for Jensen Newsgroup, it's taken up all my rec. time. I love your livejournal layout. Very fresh, smart and girly. Hilary Duff is fantastic. I love her as an actor and her music is lovely. Rain Fall Down video clip was very classy and well done. Britney's music is okay, but every video clip has her in barely anything - or all about sex appeal - I like things with a bit more substance and feeling. The closing Toxic scenes reminded me of Alias and Birds of Prey two of my fav shows, so that saved it a little.

If you haven't seen Troy yet, and are a big Brad fan, I highly recommend it. Orlando has some good scenes but his character was a bit too weak for me. I like Eric Bana's character. He was brave, loyal and wise, a great family man. It has very graphic battle scenes, but everything happens very fast, so it's not overwhelmingly gorey. A compelling dramatic story. If you don't know anything about Hector, Achilles or Helen of Troy, Odysseus; don't read up, you'll enjoy the film more. Also, you might see a familiar face, Sean Bean. He played Boromir in The Fellowship of the Ring, along side Orlando. It's the writer and director's adaptation of Homer's epic tales. A war that lasted ten-years is shortened to a few weeks, but all for dramatic effect. The story works. This war-ridden film fits the quote, "There are no winners or losers in war, only victims." Whether they be victims of greed, victims of captivity, victims of great loss, victims of love. They all played a part in what happened in this story. What I did take away from this film, was something Bana's character lived by. 3 simple rules. Respect, love and honour. If everyone applied those to every aspect of their lives, just think of what the world would be like. ;)

And I almost forgot why I dropped in for in the first place. ;P How's the Barcode Awards going? Let me know if you need help with anything. TTYS.
